We are in need of a high-powered and experienced sales professional to join the Lincoln Beer Company team as a specialist sales manager Based in Los Angeles, California (specifically in the Valley and West Side). the sales manager He will act as a key member of the sales team and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our distribution and account partners to promote LBC products within the territory. Sales managers are responsible for achieving assigned volume and profit targets, assigned distribution targets, and volume for each outlet targets and for securing all account parameters. This role is a Level 1 business leader, responsible for managing multiple retail accounts.


  • Acting as the face of the brewery, communicating and interacting with distributors, retailers and consumers
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts in the assigned area
  • Complete knowledge of past, present and potential beer trends in terms of style, flavor profiles, etc.
  • Responsible for creating and improving brand visibility in the assigned area.
  • Responsible for handling new distributor inquiries and handling new and repeat orders.
  • Assist the sales manager in implementing business plans to achieve annual goals and enhance accountability with distributors and key accounts.
  • The Sales Manager will assist in planning and coordinating market/new product launches and promotions to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Assist the sales manager in creating and submitting monthly and yearly reviews to distributors.
  • Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports on market research, competitors, and activity to present monthly to management.
  • Increase mind share and market share in accounts and territories with a focus on the growth and development of brands and portfolio.
  • Communicates, ensures and enforces brand standards.
  • Seeks and implements promotions, events and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Update and maintain the calendar of market launches and festivals in the assigned area and share it with the leadership team so that employees are always informed.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • More than two years of proven excellence in breweries or distributor sales management.
  • Must have working knowledge and demonstration of skills related to distributor operations (three-tier system), results delivery, market analytics, inventory management, market trends, retail execution, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proven ability and proven results in team management and development.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Organization and planning skills at the highest level.
  • To have the ability to self-motivate and excellent motivation and influence skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with all standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment vehicle record check (MVR) and a 7-year criminal background check.
  • You must be able to travel 4 days a week within the designated area.
  • Ability to perform physical activities required by job duties including lifting and moving up to 55 pounds individually and larger weights with assistance; The ability to bend, stretch, incline, climb, and perform other physical work associated with the sale, delivery, display and marketing of a product in a particular area.

Compensation: This position has a base salary plus commission. Salary commensurate with experience. 60 day probationary period.
