While a large portion of India’s labor market has suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for tech jobs has increased exponentially. Across the country, employees who need digital skills will need to increase ninefold by 2025, according to a report from Amazon Web Services. The top five digital skills required in India are cloud engineering design; software operations support; developing websites, games or software; large scale data modeling; and cybersecurity skills, according to the report.
