Ms. Rosner is primarily responsible for developing and promoting the Peapack-Gladstone Bank and Peapack Private Wealth Management family brands, ensuring that the integrity of the message and brand elements are conveyed across the organization, through all advertising and communications to employees, customers, and the communities served by the Bank, its divisions, and subsidiaries. In addition, she is responsible for the overall monitoring and management of the Bank’s advertising and marketing programs, social media, website design and maintenance strategies, and the development of short and long-term goals and objectives for future growth. Ms. Rosner joins an established team of professionals, including Gina LaRocco-McFarlane, Assistant Vice President, and Director of Brand and Marketing, who joined the Bank’s Branding and Marketing division in 2021.

Ms. Rosner has 20 years of marketing experience, having previously served as Vice President and Assistant Director of Marketing at Lakeland Bank in Oak Ridge, NJ where she implemented initiatives for the company through strategic analysis, strategy, advertising, social media, budget and site maintenance. . Prior to this, as Director of Marketing for the North Jersey Federal Credit Union in Totowa, NJ, she oversaw marketing communications, public relations and media channels for alignment with strategic plans and brand awareness.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Phoenix Online. She holds a Digital Marketing degree from Cornell University and an alumna of the NJBankers Emerging Leaders Program. Karen is a member of the New Jersey Trade and Industry Association (CIANJ), New Jersey Executive Woman and Good Grief’s volunteer grief facilitator.

Gina LaRocco-McFarlane has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Religious Studies from Stonehill College, Easton, Massachusetts. Recently worked in various marketing, special events and corporate communications roles with Bloomingdales, a full-service creative marketing agency, TracyLocke; As well as the Hudson’s Bay Company, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord, Taylor and Gilt.
