Building loyal followers for a blog and then turning that audience into a revenue requires effort, time, and patience. But you can do it with the right planning, marketing and content development funnels.
Here’s how to make a few hundred dollars a month, turn your online brand into a full-time job, or run an existing company that wants to diversify its revenue streams…
One of the best ways to generate revenue on your blog is to provide sponsored content. But the key here is to ensure that your ads are compatible with your audience. Sponsored content can be videos, podcasts, blog posts, briefing stories, reviews and interviews.
After your team creates and publishes the content, you will receive a payment within a few days. There is no waiting game to receive money like you do from affiliates. In addition, revenue is not based on clicks or views, unlike other types of blog monetization strategies. It depends on the size of your readers and where they put their brand on the blog.

Put your skills to the service
As your traffic and contacts grow, you will be able to reach more target audiences and accumulate your knowledge as service programs. As FemFounder grew, we received requests from potential clients for specific services, therefore; We created three service packs that are still being sold consistently.
To ensure a steady stream of revenue, we have established a sales funnel. For example, we direct readers from social media, advertising, and Pinterest ads (above the conversion funnel) to our blog posts or landing pages to our email list, and direct them to our sales pages (down the conversion funnel). While the process takes time and testing to optimize the transformations, it’s worth it when the pieces are aligned.

After you’ve built a following on social media, developing an affiliate marketing strategy can be a great way to generate recurring income. You generate commissions from anyone who buys from your affiliate links.
We include relevant links in our blog content to enhance the reader’s experience. For example, if we had a post on how to use Pinterest to build an email list, we would have an affiliate link to TailWindApp, a Pinterest automation tool. Then we receive a commission every time a sale is made through our referral link.
If you are interested in adding these links to your blog, start with Googling affiliate programs in your industry. It’s also worth checking out larger network platforms like Pepperjam.com and Amazon Affiliates for opportunities.
With well-thought-out long-term and short-term plans, it is actually possible to turn your blog into a money-making machine.
