We are a Sydney based boutique record label and creative incubator, home to a family of independent artists, electronic and dance artists. We pride ourselves on discovering and empowering the next generation of local and international talent across a culturally and vocally diverse spectrum, as well as overseeing the ongoing success of some of the country’s most celebrated and adored artists including PNAU, FISHER, CLYPSO, Taka Perry, Donacci and Kelter. As the Branding and Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing along with the broader marketing team to help plan and implement release marketing strategies. You will own the lines of communication between artist, poster and fan, acting as a gatekeeper to audience delivery and growth. Additionally, you will have plenty of opportunities to explore A&R and label management working with the General Manager of etcetc. As the brand continues to expand, we value the development of our employees and provide growth and training in growing the business. Whether it is in A&R, Marketing or Label Management, we will support your endeavors to specialize in your chosen field.

Your turn
As the Branding and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Coordination of the general schedule of posters
Plan and coordinate all assets and releases
Manage the naming channel via social media, YouTube, website, and newsletter
Work directly with artists and managers while producing audio and video tools, recording logistics, marketing, PR tools, and campaign reports
Work with merchandising, sales and media teams, as well as related artist or brand events and touring teams
Monitor release marketing plans
Represent the label with major business partners including labels, third-party label services and digital service providers
· Custom special events assistance

The qualities
Proven experience working in a similar field
In-depth knowledge of current international and local new music and trends
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work on multiple production deadlines
Advanced office management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, with keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Experience writing ads for social media, websites and press releases
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Strong customer relationship management skills
Strong understanding of music streaming platforms
Creativity in problem solving
Professional and proactive behavior, with the ability to contribute within the team
Displays a high level of motivation and leadership
Strong passion for music and work in the music industry, specifically across indie and electronic music and dance
